With a proven track record, he led Boston Scientific’s 10-year expansion in APAC and orchestrated a global re-entry strategy, contributing significantly to company EBITDA. Known for transforming underperforming medtech firms and navigating corporate reorganizations, John is adept at raising capital and has secured over $134M across three companies. His notable innovations include world-first wearables for Parkinson’s and the inaugural MRI-compatible surgical robot for neurosurgery.

John Schellhorn’s leadership is marked by assembling high-performing teams, shaping corporate culture, and consistently delivering substantial value to both shareholders and stakeholders.

General Manager Israeli Operations & COO Having served as GM of pharmaceutical manufacturing plants in Israel and in Europe, Martha has extensive experience in global operations, processes, local/global connections, and human resources. She holds an MS in biochemical engineering and a PhD in Immunology.

Martha holds a Master’s degree in biochemical engineering and a PhD in immunology.

CFO Eli has 15 years of experience as CFO in both large and international organizations and start-ups, including Vocaltec, Cimastron, and IFN Systems Ltd. He is a CPA with a BA in accounting and economics from Tel Aviv University, and an MA in law from Bar-Ilan University in Israel.

Co-Founder and Chief Clinical Consultant Lior led Vibrant Gastro as the CEO & Co-Founder since 2010, acting as the company`s clinical manager, inventor and co-designer of Vibrant holistic system. Lior brings 35 years of experience in the start-up leadership in Med-Tech and Hi-Tech companies.

VP of Market Access and Reimbursement Mark has three decades of experience leading strategy, promoting market access, and aligning value-based health care and population health in inpatient hospital and outpatient surgical settings. He previously served as senior director for Smith+Nephew and has led strategic market access and reimbursement efforts for companies including Mölnlycke, US and Johnson & Johnson. He received his MBA from La Salle University and his bachelor of science from Eastern Connecticut State University.

VP of Sales Doug has nearly 30 years’ experience in senior commercial leadership with a proven impact as a growth driver. He previously served as business director at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, with prior efforts at Flexion Therapeutics, Takeda Pharmaceuticals, Bayer Pharmaceuticals, and others. He received his bachelor of science from Indiana University Bloomington.

VP R&D Shai brings more than 10 years of experience in R&D management in the biomedical arena. He has led the R&D teams at various companies including Ion Medical, Ortospace, and Contipi.

Head of Product An experienced product executive with a vast software and mobile background, Uri has experience in digital mobile products and AI. He is an industrial engineer from the Technion and an MBA graduate from IDC.
