General Manager Israeli Operations & COO Having served as GM of pharmaceutical manufacturing plants in Israel and in Europe, Martha has extensive experience in global operations, processes, local/global connections, and human resources. She holds an MS in Biochemical Engineering and a PhD in Immunology.
She has served as general manager of pharmaceutical manufacturing plants in Israel and in Europe, as well as global operations manager of worldwide clinical trials in a big pharmaceutical company.

Martha has extensive experience in building processes, creating local and global connections, and managing human resources.

Martha holds a Master’s degree in Biochemical Engineering and a PhD in Immunology.

Chief Commercial Officer Cathy brings 25+ years of commercial leadership in a range of pharmaceutical companies. Career credits include launching 7 brands, championing innovation capabilities, and building sales and marketing capabilities.

CFO With 15 years of experience as CFO in both large and international organizations and start-ups, including Vocaltec, Cimastron, and IFN Systems Ltd. He is a CPA with a BA in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University, and an MA in Law from Bar-Ilan University in Israel.

Chief Medical Officer & CTO A physician-turned-industry leader, offers 25+ years of medical device leadership, spanning startup-to-exit cycles, fundraising, IP development, 4 M&As, IPO, global clinical KOL engagement, and strategic relationships. Has earned a US congressional innovation award in GI technology.

VP R&D Shai brings more than 10 years of experience in R&D management in the biomedical arena. He has led the R&D teams at various companies including Ion Medical, Ortospace, and Contipi.

Head of Product An experienced product executive with vast software and mobile background, Uri’s has experience in digital mobile products and AI. He is an Industrial engineer from the Technion and an MBA graduate from IDC.

Co-Founder Lior led Vibrant Gastro as the CEO & Co-Founder since 2010, acting as the company`s clinical manager, inventor and co-designer of Vibrant holistic system. Lior brings 35 years of experience in the start-up leadership in Med-Tech and Hi-Tech companies.
